1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shift Calendar: 4 On 4 Off ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal scheduling and calendar planning purposes.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application offers optional Pro upgrades ("Lifetime Pro" and "Annual Pro Access") processed via Google Play In-App Billing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable offline tool, you are solely responsible for verifying your work attendance and shift obligations with your employer or management.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed shifts or schedule misalignments.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
