At Shift Calendar: 4 On 4 Off, we believe your work schedule and personal life belong solely to you. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to zero invasive data collection and transparent user privacy.
Shift Calendar is built with an Offline-First architecture. All your shift patterns, partner schedules, calendar events, overrides, and notes are stored exclusively on your device's local storage (SQLite / LocalStorage). We do not operate user accounts, and your shift rosters are never sent to external servers.
All in-app purchases (such as Lifetime Pro and Annual Pro Access) are processed securely through the official Google Play Billing system managed by Google LLC. We do not process, store, or have access to your credit card or financial billing information. Google handles payment transactions in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
When you choose to export your calendar to an iCalendar (.ics) file or sync with Google Calendar, the export file is generated locally on your device. The application does not upload or share your exported schedules with any third parties.
We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, behavioural trackers, or data-broker analytics into the application. There are no full-screen video ads or tracking pixels.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. Uninstalling the app or clearing the app storage will immediately and permanently erase all stored data from your device.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
